BILONA CURD CHURNING METHOD: Fresh A2 milk is set to curd
• The curd is then churned slowly in two directions by hand and this method is called as bilona
• The A2 butter is separated and heated to make Auric A2 Desi Cow Ghee
• Hence our Desi A2 Cow Ghee has perfect aroma and danedar texture.

Taste and aroma both are good

I really love this ghee. Authentic taste, home made churned ghee like aroma and sustainable glass jar packing. Its consistency like my Nani used to made at home.
