Confirmation

  • A confirmation prompt will appear
  • Confirm your decision to delete the account

Restoration Period

  • You have a 30-day window to restore your account if needed
  • After 30 days, restoration is no longer possible

Important Considerations

Data Retention

  • Patient and doctor transactional data will be retained for a period of 6 months, as mandated by regulatory requirements
  • After this period, the data will be automatically and permanently removed from our system

  • If you need to restore your account within the 30-day period, log in using your credentials.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to restore your account.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

A.   Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy for the Customer when using Services

i.        The Customer (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) will not be able to cancel an appointment booked with a Doctor/Medical Expert/Practitioner (hereinafter referred to as “NF Consultant”), but can reschedule his appointment with the same NF Consultant at a later date. The rescheduling can be made 4 hours prior to the appointment only as the Consultants slot has to be released for taking booking by any other user. His appointment will be on HOLD for future and can be booked as per availability of the NF Consultant. He will not be charged any additional fees for this rescheduled appointment if he has already made payment using online method.

ii.      Pay At clinic appointment, in which case, user has not made any payment can be Cancelled by the User.

iii.    Upon successful rescheduling of the appointment, the concerned User will receive an intimation confirming the rescheduling of appointment on his/her registered email and a text message on his/her registered mobile number.

B.    Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy for NatureFit Consultants:

i.        The Consultant shall not generally cancel any scheduled appointment, except for pressing reasons to be stipulated in writing.

ii.      In exceptional circumstances, however, the Consultant may cancel an appointment with a NatureFit User, at least 120 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. In this event, the User will, at its discretion, be entitled to a full refund of the consultation charge or a rescheduled appointment with the Consultant or any other Consultant of NatureFit. Refund will be made directly

iii.    Naturefit reserves its right to suspend and/or terminate the account of the concerned Consultant, if the concerned Consultant is found to have cancelled the appointment or remained unavailable, without prior intimation.

C.   Request for refund by a User dissatisfied with the Consultant’s services:

i.    A User may be entitled to demand a full refund of the consultation charge after the completion of a scheduled appointment, if the User finds that the service provided by the Consultant is inadequate or not satisfactory. To this effect, the User may apply for a full refund on (naturefit.in), with specific reasons; and NatureFit shall, at its discretion, either accept fully or partly, or reject the User’s request for a refund.

ii.   The Consultant will be permitted to respond to the User’s request for refund; and the Consultant’s response shall be shared with the User if the User’s request for refund is to be rejected.

iii.A request for refund by a User shall be made no later than 24 hours after the commencement of the scheduled appointment. Any request for refund made by the User after prescribed period will not be entertained.

These policies are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, and are an ‘electronic record’ as contemplated under section 2(t) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Rules thereunder. These Terms being an electronic record are generated by a computer system and do not require any physical or digital signatures.

  • These Website Standard Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) contained herein on this Mobile based Application for iOS and Android ecosystems (access through mobile telephony or on tablet based hardware devices or such other and/or further devices) and on this website, shall govern your use of this website, including all pages within this website (collectively referred to as this “Website”).
  • These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website and by using this Website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. You must not use this Website, if you have any objection to any of these Terms or other terms / policies / documents / agreements (called by any name whatsoever) published by NatureFit from time to time.
  • This Website is not for use by any minors (defined as those who are not at least 18 years of age), and you must not use this Website if you a minor.
  • This Website is not for use by any individual having pre-existing medical ailments, conditions or morbidities which require independent treatments or are being subjected to independent treatments or may be subjected to independent treatments.

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include on this Website, under these Terms or other terms / policies / documents / agreements (called by any name whatsoever) published by NatureFit or NatureFitStore from time to time, AB Consulting LLP owns all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Website, and all such rights are reserved. You are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms, for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall AB Consulting LLP, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and AB Consulting LLP, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

  • We do not automatically collect your personally identifiable information. However, you might provide us with your personal and demographic information – including your name, gender, age, address, phone number, email address, your varied biological traits and medical conditions, in the course of interfacing on and interacting with our Website.
  • We may also collect sensitive personal data or information about You when You use Our Service(s). This information includes health information We receive from You or, on your behalf, such as information or records relating to Your medical or health history, health status and laboratory testing results, details of treatment plans and medication prescribed by a Medical Practitioner, dosage details such as frequency of dosage, alternative medication, medicines ordered by You through the Platform, diagnostic results, other health-related information and any other information inferred therefrom.
  • We may also collect payment information such as Your payment card number, expiration date, billing and shipping address. By using the Service, You consent to the recording, storage, and disclosure of such communications You send or receive for these purposes.
  • We may also store and process prescriptions, treatment notes, recommendations and other data generated by Affiliate Professionals (doctors and other fitness/lifestyle/alternative medicine professionals rendering their principal-to-principal services and advisories on the Platform) on or through the Platform, and data shared by third-parties such as diagnostics related information; prescription related information, etcetera and may retain such material for our records for the duration of you availing the Services or for any such period required or permitted under applicable law.
  • During your visit to our Website, We may automatically receive technical information about your computer/device, including your IP address, your computer operating system, time-zone, browser type and browser plug-in details, due to the communication protocol settings on the Internet. When you browse our Website, We may also collect information regarding the pages you viewed, the web addresses from which you arrive or click through to, time spent on certain pages, download errors and page response times. All these information help us analyze Customers’ trends and preferences, and thus assist us in improving our service.
  • We will collect and retain your personally identifiable information only to the extent that it is necessary to fulfil our services to you. Any personal information submitted by you to the Website or collected by us will be used ONLY for the purposes mentioned below: To carry out our obligations arising from your requests for our products and services; To improve our Website’s functionality, and to customise your future shopping experience with us; To make sure that our Website content is presented in the manner that is most effective for you; To communicate with you about any changes to our services; and To verify your identity and perform checks to prevent fraud.

Even if we delete your Data, it may persist on backup or archival media for audit, legal, tax or regulatory purposes.
  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or elsewhere, We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of Your Personal Information, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below).   • We understand the confidential nature of the medical and biological information / parameters you provide Us and we commit to preserving the confidentiality of your said information / parameters and share it only with authorized NatureFit affiliates and medical professionals.
  • You hereby consent to Our collection, use, sharing, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change, modify, add or delete portions of the terms of this Privacy Policy, at our sole discretion, at any time, and any continued use of the NatureFit Mobile Applications or the NatureFit website pages, the Services or the Platform, following any such amendments to the Privacy Policy, will be deemed as an implicit acceptance of the Privacy Policy in its amended form.
  • You are requested to review the Privacy Policy from time to time to keep yourself updated with any changes, modifications made to the terms hereof. If You are accessing or using Our Services or the Website from a location outside India, You do so at your own risk, and shall be solely liable for compliance with any applicable local laws.
  • We use third party SDKs in our Mobile Applications and across our platform experience. Majority of them are different payment options by which You can make a payment for an order. In order to enhance Your personal and overall experience some of the tools are used therein. You agree that You are providing all information, including sensitive personal data and information to us voluntarily.
  • Collection, use and disclosure of personal information and requires Your express consent, which is given by accepting this Privacy Policy and/or by using or interacting with us and our Website. You agree that We may use your information: To carry out Our obligations arising from Your requests for the products and Services on the Platform; To operate and improve the Platform in order to foster a positive user experience and to improve Our business as a whole; To process and deliver Your order with Us; To enable Your access to Our Site or App to purchase products and provide You Services; To enable You to initiate and consultation with Affiliate Professionals or facilitating a diagnostic test; For Analyzing data, tracking trends, building algorithms, creating databases for rating systems, recommendations engines, etc.; and For Research.
  • Some of Your personal information will be shared with affiliated retailers, who supply and service Your order and with the Affiliate Professionals. These retailers operate on the Platform or sell medicines and wellness products to You on the Site or the App. You can identify when a third party is involved in Your transactions and we share customer information related to those transactions with that third party.
  • Some of Our personal information may be shared with third party service providers, retailers and logistics providers for the fulfilment of Services and delivery of Your order(s). Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail, newsletters and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, consultation with Affiliate Professionals, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing card payments and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes. Further, they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable law.
  • It is clarified that We will not be responsible and liable for the acts of omissions and commissions of such third-parties associated with us.
  • Use of the Site or the App is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If You are under 18 years of age, then please do not use or access the Service(s) at any time or in any manner. If We learn that a person under 18 years of age has used or accessed the Platform or Service or any personally identifiable information has been collected on the Platform from persons under 18 years of age, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.
  • If You are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under 18 years of age has obtained an account on or otherwise accessed the Service, then you may request that we delete that child’s personally identifiable information from our systems.
  • The Site or the App may include hyperlinks to various external websites, and may also include advertisements, and hyperlinks to applications, content or resources (“Third Party Links”). We have no control over such Third Party Links present on the Site or the App, which are provided by persons or companies other than us.
  • You acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible for any collection or disclosure of your information by any external sites, applications, companies or persons thereof.
  • The presence of any Third Party Links on our Site or App, cannot be construed as a recommendation, endorsement or solicitation for the same, or any other material on or available via such Third Party Links.
  • You further acknowledge and agree that We are not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred by You as a result of the collection and/or disclosure of your information via Third Party Links, as a result of any reliance placed by You on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, products services, or other materials on, or available via such Third Party Links. This will include all transactions, and information transmitted therein, between You and any such third party sites or applications or resources, such transactions are strictly bi-partite.
  • We shall not be liable for any disputes arising from or in connection with such transactions between You and the aforementioned third parties.
  • Such third party websites, and external applications or resources, accessible via the Third Party Links may have their own privacy policies governing the collection, storage, retention and disclosure of Your information that You may be subject to.

We cannot ensure that all of Your personal information and SPDI will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. Therefore, although We are committed to protecting your privacy, We do not promise, and You should not expect, that your information or private communications will always remain private. As a User of the Site or the App, You understand and agree that You assume all responsibility and risk for Your use of the Site or the App, the internet generally, and the information You post or access and for Your conduct on and off the Site or the App.

Indemnity

You agree and undertake to indemnify Us in any suit or dispute by any third party arising out of disclosure of information by you to third parties either through our Site or App or otherwise and Your use and access of websites, applications and resources of third parties. We assume no liability for any actions of third parties with regard to Your personal information which you may have disclosed to such third parties.

Returns Policy

Return Policy makes it possible for You to return a product if You receive a damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly different from what was purchased or when the package delivered is missing one or more products or accessories. Return Policy here should be read in conjunction with the any specific terms and conditions applicable to a product which can be found on product descriptions page for returning a product. All products sold on NatureFit are non-returnable. However, returns will be considered under the following cases with the following solutions: Wrong Product Received – We will attempt to deliver You the correct product again. In case the product delivered is wrong in second attempt, we will refund your order. Product Size / Color Differs from Size/Color Ordered – We will attempt to deliver You the correct size/color of the product again. In case the product delivered is still wrong in second attempt, we will refund your order. Product received is beyond expiry date – We will give You an option for refund or replacement and as per Your choice we will further proceed. The product delivered is missing one or more products or accessories – We will attempt to deliver you the missing items and the order is ineligible for returns. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions: Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged Serial Number is tampered with. Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty Product is used or altered If request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery. Free product provided by brand. Personalised or engraved products or resized products. Product sold in sets or combination cannot be returned individually. How to avail a return: Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@naturefit.com) within 3 business days of receiving the order. Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Refusal of return request

Naturefit reserves the right to refuse or cancel any return request. If the request for returns is not allowed by the Returns Policy, You will not be refunded the payment made or any costs, and will not be able to raise a second request for return for the same product. You agree not to dispute the decision made by NatureFit and accept NatureFit's decision regarding the refusal or cancellation and further agree not hold Naturefit liable for any refusal or cancellation.

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@naturefit.com) before the order has been processed/shipped by the seller. When can I cancel my order?

Make sure you cancel your order before it has been processed by the brand/seller. That’s the only way we can refund the full amount you’ve spent.

Can I cancel only part of my order?

Yes, you can. You can individually cancel product(s) in your bag before your order is processed by the brand/seller.

How will I get my refund when I cancel an order?

Once your order has been cancelled, the refund amount will be credited back to the source account within 5-6 working days. In the case of certain public sector banks, it can take up to 10-15 working days.

What should I do if I don’t get my refund in the promised time?

We work quickly to make sure your refund gets to you on time. On the off-chance that it’s been delayed, please get in touch with us here. Don’t forget to keep your order number handy.

Why was my order cancelled by NatureFit?

Sometimes our sellers cancel orders for various reasons – the product could be out-of-stock, of unacceptable quality, etc. Once an order has been cancelled, the refund amount will be credited back to the source account within 3-4 working days. My order is late. What should I do?

Our team works hard to make sure your order reaches you on time, or sooner. However, sometimes bad weather, flight delays, political disruption and other unprecedented issues can delay an order. You can track your order under Track Your Order section on the Website / App. We’ll keep you posted about any delays by SMS or email. I missed my delivery. What happens now?

We’ll send you a notification if you aren’t around for the delivery, so that you can get in touch with us right away. If it doesn’t work out the first time, we’ll try delivering it up to 2-3 times to make sure your package is in your hands soon. We know just how important it is to you.

The order status says Delivered, but I haven’t received my order.

We only update the delivery status when an order has successfully been delivered. If you haven’t received the delivery, please contact our Customer Support team via email (support@naturefit.com)

Can I choose a specific date and time for delivery?

Unfortunately, you can’t choose a specific date and time for delivery on Nature Fit Shop right now. But soon, maybe.

When will I get my order if it says Out for Delivery?

When the order status reads Out for Delivery, it means that we’re trying to get it delivered to you on the same day. We’ll also keep you posted via SMS.

Will I be charged a shipping fee?

Naturefit charges a nominal shipping fee on certain brands/products, and the fee amount will be highlighted at the time of making the payment. This shipping fee is non-refundable in case the product is returned. However, the shipping fee will be refunded in case the brand/seller cancels the order, or if you cancel the order before the brand/seller processes it.

What should I do if my order is confirmed but hasn’t been shipped yet?

Our brand partners usually ship the product within 2 business days once the order is placed, so that it reaches you in time. In case your order hasn’t been shipped within this time. To raise a complaint, please contact our Customer Support team via email (support@naturefit.com)

Can I accept the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

My order has reached the nearest delivery hub, but isn’t it out for delivery yet. Why?

You can be rest assured that our logistics partner will make sure that your order reaches you by the delivery date. You’ll receive an SMS once your shipment is out for delivery.

Why can’t I track my order even though it has been shipped?

Our logistics partners usually take up to 24-48 hours to activate the tracking code for an order once it’s shipped. Please check back in a while.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are shipped by brands/sellers, through logistics companies, who will deliver your order to your doorstep.

Why did I receive only part of my order?
This could be because:
  1. you have a single order with many items that could have been shipped separately;
  2. you only have a single item order. Can products from different brands/sellers to be delivered together? No. Our brand/seller partners may be located in different locations. Since we want your order to reach you at the earliest, we ship them separately.
What happens if my order remains undelivered?

We will attempt delivery multiple times. If your order remains undelivered, we will initiate a refund.

I got a call from the logistics partner asking me to collect my order. What should I do?

This happens only in cases where the PIN code is out of the delivery network area. Please do collect your order if you can. If this isn’t possible, the order will be cancelled and we will initiate a full refund.

Will the logistics partner call me before delivering my order?

No. However, you will receive an SMS alerting you that your order is out for delivery. You can also track your order here.

I was asked to pay an excess amount by the logistics company. What should I do?

If you are being asked to pay more than the COD amount on your invoice, please don’t accept the order. We will investigate the matter and either deliver your order again, or issue a full refund.

Do I get the option to check the content of the package before accepting the delivery?

Can I pay by card upon delivery?

Yes, you can, as long as this facility is provided by our logistics partner at your PIN code.
