How to Delete Your Account
Initiating Deletion from Web
- Log in to your account
- Visit the account deletion page
- Enter your mobile no
- Click the "Delete Account" button
Initiating Deletion from App
- Log in to your account
- Go to Profile page
- Click the "Delete Account" button
Confirmation
- A confirmation prompt will appear
- Confirm your decision to delete the account
Restoration Period
- You have a 30-day window to restore your account if needed
- After 30 days, restoration is no longer possible
Important Considerations
Data Retention
- Patient and doctor transactional data will be retained for a period of 6 months, as mandated by regulatory requirements
- After this period, the data will be automatically and permanently removed from our system
Account Restoration
- If you need to restore your account within the 30-day period, log in using your credentials.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to restore your account.
